Scotsman B948S 48″ Ice Bin – 893 lbs

The Scotsman B948S ice storage bin comes with an ice scoop and a built-in holder to keep ice sanitary and to keep the scoop in one place. Up to 700 pounds of ice can be stored in the bin at one time. The melting of ice is slowed by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The bin interior is made with polyethylene for sanitation, ease of cleaning, and scratch resistance. To access ice, there is a spring-loaded door that is easy to open and close because of hidden hinges. Durability is important in commercial operations, so the exterior of this bin is made from stainless steel. The Scotsman B948S ice storage bin can be used with Scotsman’s Prodigy Plus series and many of their other machines.

Note: Does not produce ice. Must be paired with an ice maker head unit.
