The Accutemp EGF2083B4850-T1 commercial griddle utilizes a hermetically sealed chamber to produce the steam which heats the stainless steel griddle plate, ensuring uniform coverage. Because the plate is 1-inch thick, it heats up slowly but more evenly than thinner plates. For precise and consistent cooking results, it’s equipped with thermostatic controls that let the operator set exact temperatures rather than approximate ones. To ensure safety in fast-paced environments, enabling the manager mode locks out temperature controls.

To facilitate cleaning and speed heating, the Accutemp EGF2083B4850-T1 griddle is made of smooth cold-rolled stainless steel. Its full-front grease trough catches as much as 6¹/₂ quarts, and its 4-inch-high rear backsplash prevents splatter. Preventing overcooking and maintaining safety, this griddle includes a high-temperature alert light.
