Peer-Led Groups

Talking is sometimes difficult, particularly when it's about a trauma you've experienced. Some may find it easier when in a relaxed setting with a cup of tea and listening to others who have experienced similar things.  What is spoken is held in confidence and listened to without judgement.

Meditation &Yoga

The benefits of yoga and meditation are many: they reduce anxiety and stress, they encourage relaxation and balance, they help with depression. Beginning in September, we will be offering workshops in both mediation  and yoga, free of charge.  Look for the dates on our calendar.
